SiWIM system can be implemented for preselection, where overview camera is used for vehicle snapshot.

This photo can be either stored in system memory for post-process analysis or can be, in combination with SiWIM-C camera software, forwarded to any handheld device, equiped with Windows Mobile and at least GPRS wireless connection. 

After vehicle is detected by the SiWIM system, you receive on your handheld computer:

• class of vehicle
• gross weight
• axle loads
• red/green sign for overloading
• overview picture of the vehicle
• estimated time of arrival
• lane
• speed
