SiWIMD
provides a set of tools to fine-tune the results:
 | to facilitate generation and adjustments of classification tables, |
 | to adjust axle loads and spacings (improved in Version 3.6), |
 | to automatically optimise results based on measured strain
signals (new in Version 3.6). |
Generation and adjustments of classification tables
Classification module identifies, generates, adjusts or removes individual vehicle
subclasses, defined by their axle spacings. It also specifies gross vehicle load limits of vehicle
subclasses which are used in calculation of overloading.

Adjustment of axle loads and spacings
Due to different reasons calculated axle loads and spacings may not
represent the real measured vehicles. Changes are mainly done based on the
measured strain signals. SiWIM-D provides tools for:
 | adding or removing axles, |
 | adjusting individual axle spacings and loads by dragging
the mouse; in the Expanded view the result of the changed vehicle is
immediately displayed by a purple line. |

Optimisation of results
When axles are added or removed or axle loads or spacings are changed,
the measured (blue) and the calculated responses (red) of the bridge due
to the vehicle do not match
(i.e. the results are not correct). SiWIM-D provides tools to
automatically update axle loads to best match the measured
signal based on specified axle spacings.
